Shipping
Currently, we ship within the contiguous US states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Internationally via USPS. Check the list of currently available countries for shipping on our F.A.Q. page. Your order should be processed within 2-5 business days. We ship directly from the artist's studio in Texas, and the shipping should take 3-10 business days depending on the destination. International packages typically take 10-28 days.
Return policy
We will gladly replace any defective or damaged products, including return shipping, reported within 3 days of receipt. Any refunds or exchanges not due to our mistake will incur a 15% restocking fee, and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a detailed description of the damage and pictures of the items and packaging. Please send the pictures to contact@tsofa.com along with your order number and a description of the issue.
